Subscribe and Save

When you choose Subscribe and Save on the SELAH Hydrating Gel Cleanser, you agree to receive a new order every 3 months at 5% off the regular price until you cancel.

Billing

Your first order is charged at checkout. Each renewal is charged automatically every 3 months to the payment method you used at checkout, on the date your next order is created. Shipping and any applicable taxes are added to each renewal. Orders of two or more products ship free.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you before the change takes effect.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

Online: log in to your account at skincarebyselah.com, go to Subscriptions, select your subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
By email: contact us at hi@skincarebyselah.com from the email address on your account.

Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order. If you cancel after a renewal has been charged, that order will still ship and is covered by our Refund and Return Policy.

Updating your subscription

To update your payment method or shipping address, log in to your account or email us.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and try again. If the payment still can't be processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
