Refund policy

We want you to love your SELAH products. If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at hi@skincarebyselah.com so we can help. Please provide us with your order number and the items you want to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Depending on the state of the item, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Please note that the customer pays for return shipping on returns. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
