Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington, DC, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship outside the US at this time.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches and sales, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options and rates

Standard shipping is $6.95 and arrives in 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.

Express shipping is $15 and arrives in 1 to 2 business days after your order ships.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer.

Free shipping

Orders of two or more products get free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.

Lost or stolen packages

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.
